“Use it as it should be. For transportation! A regional center that could connect you anywhere in the Metro area and beyond including Toronto (via Windsor) and Chicago. It would be THE welcome center for the city. Top floors could be apartments, who wouldn't want an apartment with a view of the entire region!”

“No need to fully renovate 100% of interior - why not fix entire exterior and then renovate interiors of top floors + 1st floor... then as economics justify, do interior renovations on other floors sometime in future?”

“How about a Motown themed restaurant where you can sing songs and make your own Cd or DVD. Use the old trains for tours or something for kids. Detroit shops and others. A warehouse type night club. Florist all yr round. Give it international appeal but make it about Detroit. From Daniel Tucker, Detroit ”
