“Use it as it should be. For transportation! A regional center that could connect you anywhere in the Metro area and beyond including Toronto (via Windsor) and Chicago. It would be THE welcome center for the city. Top floors could be apartments, who wouldn't want an apartment with a view of the entire region!”

My idea is to mimick that of the Time Square Hotel in NYC by utilizing a portion of the building for those who do not have a place they call home. This will not only help out and rehabilitate those in need but will also help out the surrounding area by prevent further complaints from those who have invested in the area.
